One way I could achieve this goal is through my love of music. I do not mean to boast, but I believe I was born with musical talent, passed on from my grandmother, that puts me at a level of playing, understanding, and appreciation of music above most others. If I can continue to hone these skills, and keep practicing, I believe I could become a great musician. Perhaps so much so that I will do something extrodinary and leave behind an image of myself that way.
Another way that I could transform to leave behind a image of myself is through my individuality. I stand out in many ways, one is that I have a personality that is much different from most men my age (15), such that I honestly do not care what others could think of my actions that seem silly, unecessasary, or immature. When I need to I guarentee that I can be more mature that 95% of the student body, for I have had many expiriences that have caused me to have to grow up more quickly than others. Antoher way I stand out is through what I enjoy. As previously stated I love music, mainly on completely different spectrums from other students my age. I enjoy specifically, Big Band Jazz from the 1930's-1960's, such as Sinatra, Count Basie, and Nat King Cole. Hip-Hop from the late 1980's to early and mid 1990's, such as the Wu-Tang-Clan, The Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg (The list goes on). These are generally not genres appreciated by others my age, as most would prefer modern Hip-Hop or Pop. And one final way I stand out is through my odd sense of humor. I find more complex jokes with a funny first impression, but an even funnier undertone. This is defianlty not something common among teenagers of this era. For example the comedian Don Rickles, who is of WWII era and is known for making fun of popular modern figures, such as musicians or politicians, which I believe points again to my posession of a higher maturity level than most, even if I dont show it at all times.
